Shipping and returns

Where we deliver and how long it takes

We deliver anywhere in Pakistan, normally within one to three working days of confirming your order. We do not ship outside Pakistan at the moment.

What delivery costs

• •Free on orders over PKR 5,000
• •PKR 250 flat rate below that
• •Cash on delivery adds a small handling charge, shown at checkout before you confirm

Tracking your order

Your confirmation email carries an order number. Enter it on the order tracking page to see the current status. Once the parcel is with the courier we add their tracking link too.

Returns

Unopened bottles can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. The bottle needs to be sealed and in its original packaging.

Because this is a personal care product, we cannot accept a return once a bottle has been sprayed — unless the problem is with the product itself, which is covered below.

If something arrives damaged or wrong

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send a photo. If we sent the wrong item, or it arrived broken or leaking, we will replace it or refund it in full, including delivery. You will not be asked to pay to return it.

How to start a return

Message us with your order number and what is wrong. We will confirm the return and arrange collection. Refunds are issued once the bottle is back with us, to the same method you paid by.
